Aged Care group in SA

Client organisation is an Aged Care group that covers retirement, residential and community health care in South Australia.

Implemented a care system for the client organisation. As part of the implementation, the business required a two-way integration from the care system interfacing finance, payroll, and a combination of systems that holds personal data. The main scope of this integration work was to support the following core operational activities,

  • Human resources,

  • Accounts payable/receivable, and

  • Government funding claims & reconciliation.
